Longstowe Hall wedding of Rachel and Tim

Another stunning summer wedding for this gorgeous family! I photographed Rachel’s sisters wedding a couple of years ago so it was a pleasure to meet the family again for this very special occasion. The ceremony was at Corpus Christi college after Rachel got ready in one of the stunning rooms at the Varsity Hotel. After drinks in the Masters Garden we headed over to my favourite wedding venue - Longstowe Hall. Enjoy the photographs!

South Farm wedding of Siobhan and Andrew

Friday took me to Palmers Green in North London for Siobhan and Andrew’s wedding. She got ready with the girls at her parents house before the ceremony at St Monica’s Church. We then headed up the A10 to South Farm, a very unique and special wedding venue near Cambridge. It’s such a joy to work here as there are so many photo opportunities. Enjoy looking through some of the highlights!

Wedding Photography Prices - changed to make selecting your options easier

Choosing a wedding photographer is now harder than ever. Ask your friend, find a recommendation, search the web, go with a preferred supplier, ask a keen amateur or start up?

I have been photographing people and weddings since 1996 and I can honestly say I have heard it all. The truth is, photography is NOT easy. Yes it’s dead easy to take a photo, and is dead easy to take a correctly exposed sharp picture. But how good is it, really? Is it just a snap?

If you can’t tell the difference between a professional image and a snap - you most definitely will after you have seen your wedding photos. Photography skills represent just 20% of the skill required to photograph a wedding, the rest is experience, working with and judging all types of light, dealing with people, and knowing when those most important moments are going to happen. Yes emotional and important moments happen at every wedding - and an experienced eye will know when these will happen.

So whats all this about? Well, as the leading photographer in this area I believe that you do get what you pay for and that photography is not expensive if you just take the time to look at what you really get for your money. Thats why we have simplified the way we price for our service. Choose the time you need us there for, and then decide how we present the photographs to you. Of course I would love you have the most beautiful individually designed album, but you don’t have to. Whats more, is that you can chose to have this at a later date... perfect for your first anniversary for example!

So take a look at our new pricing structure and see for yourself - the best does not have to break the bank!!

Wedding of Helen and Richard at Longstowe Hall, Cambridge

It was great to be back at Longstowe Hall again for this beautiful wedding of Helen and Richard. If I were to recommend a Cambridgeshire wedding venue this would have to be it. Peaceful, picturesque and just full of class, the house, grounds and marquee are just stunning. Helen and Richard had an amazing day and although quite breezy, fortunately we managed to miss the showers that were forecast. Enjoy looking through some of my favourite photographs from the day.
